The event began with a Buddhist merit-making ceremony, including chanting by nine monks from Wat Hathainaresuan, followed by the offering of lunch and traditional requisites. The ceremony was held to bring blessings and prosperity to the organization and its personnel.

Afterwards, the Institute’s executives officially opened the event, joined by university administrators, staff members, students, and distinguished guests. Participants then gathered for a group photograph and attended the official ribbon-cutting ceremony at Entrance 1 to mark the formal opening of the new building.

Guests were invited to tour the learning facilities and innovation spaces within the building. On the 2nd Floor, the featured facilities included the Media Lab and Multimedia Studio, while the 3rd Floor houses the Master Classroom and Virtual Classroom. These facilities reflect Mahidol University’s strong commitment to educational innovation, learning technologies, and the development of future-ready learning environments.

The program then continued with the appreciation ceremony “One IL – One Heart” in honor of Associate Professor Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, M.D., Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University.
