The project was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Watcharee Kespichaynarong, Deputy Director for Research and Innovation. Its main objective was to provide students with knowledge and understanding of the science of herbs and essential oils through hands-on learning activities.

This initiative also aims to strengthen the relationship between the Institute and the school, which is one of the partner schools under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Academic Collaboration between the Institute and the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office. Moreover, the activity is part of the Institute’s area-based educational development research project.

The workshop was conducted by a team of instructors led by Ms. Woranat Kongtrakool, Ms. Chantrat Hirunkijrungsee, Ms. Orawan Duangsisai, and Dr. Manatsawee Monpannawatthana.

The event took place in Classroom 6/1 at Ban Plong Lueam School, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province.
