The Graduate School and Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University invited Asst.Prof. Dr. Watcharee Ketpichainarong, Deputy Director for Research and Innovation of Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, to be a special lecturer on “Principles and Application of Virtual Reality to Develop Behavior Modification Programs” under the course of PHHE 602 Behavioral Sciences and Health Education. Scholarship of Teaching and Learning: SoTL7, July 22-23, 2021

Institute for Innovative Learning (IL), Mahidol University joined as a conference co-host of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL7) under the theme of “A brave new world for educators, Rethink how to teach digital native learners” hosted by Innovative Learning Center, Srinakharinwirot University. The conference was conducted online via the ZOOM application on July 22-23, 2021.

On 23 July 2021, IL academic staff led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, M.D., the director of the Institute for Innovative Learning conducted 2 workshops;

1) Creating Great Learning Media to Empower the Learning Using Digital Neuroscience conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, M.D.

2) Assessment as Learning conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr.Watcharee Ketpichainarong (Deputy Director for Research and Innovation) and Asst. Prof. Dr.Namkang Sriwattanarothai

The Online Seminar for Sharing and Learning Project: 1st Online seminar on “Applications for Effective Teaching and Learning” (AR/VR), July 2, 2021

Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University organized the online seminar on “Applications for Effective Teaching and Learning” via Cisco Webex Meetings Application. This is the 1^st online seminar under “The Online Seminar for Sharing and Learning Project” that aims to share ideas on how to use and manage online teaching and learning using various effective applications for educators, teachers and other people. This project has been planned for 9 online seminar series and the first seminar focused on using Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR) for effective teaching and learning. The speakers and facilitators of this seminar are Asst. Prof. Dr. Namkang Sriwattanarothai, Asst. Prof. Dr. Watcharee Ketpichainarong and Dr. Wararat Wongkia.
