The program was jointly organized by Mahidol University, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slingshot.co.th?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"514\">Slingshot Group<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccl.org?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"602\">Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)<\/a>, Kasetsart University, King Mongkut\u2019s University of Technology Thonburi, and Thammasat University.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"1250\">On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Piyachat Jittam participated in the learning session titled \u201cI.M.P.A.C.T. Leadership Model \u2013 Leading in a Dynamic Higher Education Ecosystem,\u201d conducted by experts from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). The session focused on strengthening leadership capabilities for driving higher education institutions amid the rapidly changing global landscape, while emphasizing the creation of Direction, Alignment, and Commitment to achieve sustainable organizational transformation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1577\">In addition, he joined the Strategic Foresight learning activity under the topic \u201cPreparing for the Future,\u201d which emphasized strategic future thinking, analysis of global transformation trends, and the design of higher education systems capable of effectively responding to the evolving needs of society and future learners.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1616\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The program was held on May 12,
