Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai M.D. Director of Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University addressed the opening ceremony of training under the project of <strong>The Development of Instructor Competency in Education <\/strong>(MU-ADP#2) level 2 according to the teacher quality standard.
