Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, M.D., Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University and faculty members were the lecturers of <strong>Mahidol University Academic Development Program: MU-ADP Level 1, 4<sup>th<\/sup> Batch <\/strong><strong>(<\/strong><strong>English Program). <\/strong>The 25 participants were from the variety faculties of Mahidol University. <strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The objectives were 1) to encourage new instructors to realize their roles and responsibilities 2) to organize the teaching and learning process systematically and suitable for the group of learners 3) to develop the quality of new instructors follow Mahidol University Professional Standards Framework: MUPSF. The event was conducted on January 30 &#8211; February 3, 2023 at Kanpai Mahidol Conference Room, Mahidol Sittakan Convention Center.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-8220
