Personnel of the Institute of Innovative Learning, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr Chailerd Pichitpornchai, the director of the institute, management team members and staff participated in the event “MUIL Happy New Year 2022 & Happy New Normal” on Friday 24 December 2021 The event was conducted in a New Normal manner through the WebEx Meeting application. During the event’s opening ceremony, the director delivered the opening speech and new year wishes to the personnel who attended the event. By this event, the “MUIL Mission Complete” VDO presentation was displayed to overview the missions completed in the past year. Moreover, there were performances of new personnel. At the same time, the executives and staff attended online games to strengthen relationships and draw special gifts. The event’s objective is to encourage personnel to build rapport and harmony within the organization. Also, the event was expected to help create a good relationship between the management team members and personnel at all levels and build a desirable working environment for personnel to drive the institute’s missions that leads to achievements of the future goals.
