Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University organized a workshop project “2nd STEM & Robotics Camp : Microbit Fundamentals Course and its Applications for Science Projects” for junior high school students, Vajiravudh College, on December 11, 2022 at Nuam Phumin Building, Vajiravudh College, Bangkok. The lecturers were Asst.Prof. Dr. Monamorn Precharattana, Dr. Tinnapob Phengpom, faculty member, and Mr. Pongpatai Kitrungloadjanaporn, scientist.
The objective was to promote students’ knowledge and skills in science, mathematics and technology, focusing on 3 directions: 1) Robots 2) Internet of things or IoT and 3) Science. The activity of 2nd fundamental micro: bit and its applications for Science were activities that students could understand instruction set coding by practicing to use microcontroller to control and create inventions under the process of active learning for STEM & Robotics to develop themselves to become the learners of artificial intelligence.
