Workshop On “STEM & Robotics Camp” for 39 grade 10 and 12 students of Nareenukoon School, Ubon Ratchatanee Province was held on June 21-23, 2023 at room 109, Punya Piwat Bldg., Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, Salaya, Nakorn Pathom.
Associate Professor Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University gave the opening remarks. The lecturers were Asst.Prof. Dr. Monamorn Preecharat,, Dr. Tinnapob Phengpom and Mr. Pongpathai Kitrungrotchanaporn. This project aimed to encourage students to gain knowledge and skills in science, mathematics and technology by practicing writing programs to command LEDs and getting to know microbit boards and various functions for commanding and practicing programming basic commands. They learned project design techniques, practiced writing programs to operate the sensors of the radio-driven system. Finally, they designed and created a robot by using a microbit board.
