The Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, organized a hands-on workshop titled “The Professional Use of ChatGPT & Gemini for Teaching and Research in Science and Medical Education (Batch 7)” on January 26, 2026.
The workshop was conducted by Associate Professor Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, M.D., Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, who served as the keynote instructor.
The objectives of the workshop were to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of the fundamental principles of using ChatGPT and Gemini, to overcome limitations and address key considerations in the use of generative AI tools, and to effectively apply these technologies in teaching and academic research. The program also aimed to strengthen professional teaching techniques in science and medical education, as well as to increase capacity and effectiveness in research and academic services.
The workshop was held at Bhinyo Panijpan Meeting Room (Room 321), 3rd Floor, Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
