Aim and Scope
Journal of Innovative Learning (JIL), a fully refereed journal, is an authoritative source of information on the current practices, content, technology, and services in the area of innovative learning. The content scope of JIL is as follows:
- Content scope: Either theoretical concept or practice of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, educational technology, AI, machine learning, deep learning, robotics, STEM, science communication, neuroscience, and languages.
- All Educational levels: Formal Education (kindergarten, K1-K12, vocational education, higher education), Non-formal Education (home school, adult education, elderly, etc.), and Informal Education (library, museum, learning center, etc.)
- Teaching and Learning (T&L) Components: T&L materials (new product), methodology & evaluation and assessment (new process), new feedback system, new environment, and new technology.
- System concept: Input-Process-Output-Feedback-Environment
JIL is essential reading for all practitioners and decision makers who want to stay informed about the developments in education, teaching, and learning.
JIL is the official journal of the Institute for Innovative Learning (IL), Mahidol University, Thailand. Contributions to the journal should reflect IL’s mission to promote and coordinate the development of innovations and good practices in all areas of education, especially in science, mathematics, computer science, and technology education.
As an international publication, contributors should both contextualize and consider the transferability of the practices and theories being examined.
JIL publishes original research, review, and technical articles. Contribution may be by submission or invitation, and suggestions for special issues and publications are welcome.
JIL employs double blinded review process to ensure the quality of published articles. At least three reviewers (two from external institutions) are invited to participate in the review process.
Please note that this journal publishes manuscripts either in English or Thai languages.
