This study aimed to (1) develop and determine the efficiency of virtual classroom-based learning media for Thai folk dance according to the 80/80 criterion; (2) compare students' learning achievement before and after using the media; and (3) examine students' satisfaction with the media. The sample comprised 38 Grade 8 students in Class 2/3 at Triam Udom Suksa Pattanakarn Pathum Thani School, selected through cluster random sampling. The research instruments consisted of the virtual classroom-based learning media, a media-quality evaluation form, pretest and posttest achievement tests, and a student-satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentages, means, standard deviations, and a dependent-samples t-test. The findings indicated that (1) the virtual classroom-based learning media achieved an efficiency index of 81.05/90.25, exceeding the stipulated 80/80 criterion; (2) students' posttest achievement scores were significantly higher than their pretest scores at the .05 level; and (3) students reported the highest overall level of satisfaction with the media (M = 4.51, SD = 0.61).
