Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, M.D., Director of Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University was invited as a lecture on “Leadership for Change in the 21^st Century”, under the Middle-level Public Health Executive Program, batch 35^th for middle-level executive of the Ministry of Public Health to enhanced the personnel to be excellence manager.
