The Institute for Innovative Learning (IL), Mahidol University, visited the Information Technology Division, Mahidol University, to study its Electronic Meeting (e-Meeting) System on September 28, 2026. The study visit took place at MU Cyber Club, Mahidol University Learning Center, with the aim of exploring approaches to applying an electronic meeting system to improve work processes and meeting management.
The visit focused on the application of the e-Meeting System to transform conventional meeting processes into a Paperless Meeting format. The initiative is intended to enhance the efficiency, convenience, and systematic management of meetings while supporting the Institute’s ongoing efforts to modernize its administrative operations.
The adoption of an electronic meeting system is also aligned with the Institute’s policy of driving organizational development toward Digital Transformation, as part of its strategy to enhance administrative efficiency and develop more effective and sustainable working processes.
Through this study visit, the Institute for Innovative Learning seeks to exchange knowledge and learn from practical approaches to digital meeting management, with a view to adapting appropriate technologies to its operational context and further strengthening the efficiency of organizational administration.
