The opening ceremony was announced by Associate Professor Dr. Neti Suksomboon, Vice President for Education, Mahidol University on March 25-29, 2024 at Grand Ballroom, Sitthakarn Building, Mahidol University, Salaya, Nakhon Pathom Province.
