Dr. Manatsawee Monpannawatthana from the Information Technology Unit, Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, received Outstanding Reviewer Recognition and Outstanding Thai and English Paper Awards at the 7th National and 5th International Academic Conference 2026, titled “Dhamma on TikTok: Interpreting Buddhist Teachings in the Viral Era.”
The certificates were presented by Phra Brahmavajrasuddhachan, Academic Project Advisor, Deputy Chief of the Royal Pali Examination Board, and Abbot of Wat Awutwikasitaram. The conference was organized by the Dhammasuksa Research Center and the Community of Buddhist Wisdom and Interdisciplinary Journals, in collaboration with domestic and international partner organizations.
The event was held in both onsite and online formats at the Dhammasuksa Research Center, Wat Awutwikasitaram, Bang Phlat District, Bangkok, on June 7, 2026. The conference provided a platform for academic exchange and discussion on contemporary interpretations of Buddhist teachings in the digital age, particularly within rapidly evolving social media environments.
