Associate Professor Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, M.D., Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, was invited as a guest speaker to deliver a lecture entitled “AI in Medical Research & Academic” as part of the academic staff development program “Practical AI for Medical Research and Academic.”
The training program aimed to enhance and develop faculty members’ knowledge, competencies, and essential skills for the 21st century, covering patient care, teaching and learning, research, digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and interdisciplinary fields. The program also focused on enabling participants to effectively apply AI knowledge to medical education, curriculum development, and future research, while fostering awareness of ethical, legal, and social issues related to the use of artificial intelligence in medical practice.
The lecture was held on 29 January 2026 at Room 301, 3rd Floor, Patcharakitiyapha Building, Faculty of Medicine Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University.
