The Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, organized the workshop project “Brain-Based Training Design for HRD & Professional Trainers” (First Edition) on April 27–28, 2026, at S31 Sukhumvit Hotel.

The training was conducted by Associate Professor Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, M.D., Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University.

This program was designed under the concept of “Transforming instructors into learning designers through brain science.” The course aimed to upgrade the capabilities of Human Resource Development (HRD) professionals and trainers by helping them understand how the adult brain learns and processes information.

Participants were introduced to practical approaches for designing effective training programs based on the principles of Brain-Based Learning, emphasizing enjoyable, accessible, and memorable learning experiences. The workshop also focused on building competencies in measuring training outcomes, demonstrating return on investment (ROI), and creating tangible organizational success.

This initiative reflects the Institute’s commitment to advancing professional learning innovation and equipping organizations with evidence-based training strategies for sustainable development.
