The Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, was invited by SEAMEO STEM-ED to participate in the 2026 KOREA–ASEAN AI City & EdTech Day, held during 16–17 June 2026 at Hotel Nikko Bangkok. The event served as a platform for exchanging ideas and building networks in AI, EdTech, Smart City, and future workforce development.
During the event, Asst. Prof. Dr. Piyachat Jittam, the Institute Director, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Namkang Sriwattanarothai, Deputy Director for Education and Networking, and Lect. Dr. Patcharapan Siriwat, promoted the Institute’s expertise in learning innovation, educational technology, and workforce development. They also engaged in discussions with national and international organizations to explore potential collaboration in research, teaching, and the development of innovative learning initiatives.
The Institute also joined the exhibition booth with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Panrasee Ritthipravat from the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, highlighting cross-faculty collaboration within Mahidol University. This collaboration reflects the shared commitment to connecting learning, technology, and innovation to create meaningful partnerships with diverse networks.
This participation marks another important step for the Institute for Innovative Learning in strengthening its international engagement and extending its contribution in learning innovation toward education, workforce development, and society.
