Lecture on “Course Design through Constructive Alignment: Driving Program Outcomes from PLOs to CLOs” under MU-ADP#6, June 9, 2026

Assistant Professor Dr. Piyachat Jittam, Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, and Assistant Professor Dr. Namkang Sriwattanarothai, Deputy Director for Education and Network Affairs, were invited as guest speakers for the lecture entitled “Course Design through Constructive Alignment: Driving Program Outcomes from PLOs to CLOs” under the Mahidol University Academic Development Program (MU-ADP#6), Year 6.

The session was delivered to Mahidol University faculty members participating in the program, with the objective of enhancing their understanding and application of the Constructive Alignment approach in curriculum and course design. The lecture covered key topics including the role of courses within curriculum structures, the development of measurable and high-quality Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), the integration of Authentic Assessment strategies, and the creation of Alignment Matrices to ensure effective teaching, learning, and assessment practices.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr. Natee Suksomboon, Vice President for Education, Mahidol University. The event was conducted online via Zoom Meeting on June 9, 2026.
