Dr. Patcharapan Siriwat, Lecturer at the Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, was invited as a guest speaker for the lecture entitled “Effective Communication for Workplace Success” under the project “WorkSmart LifeStrong: Excelling at Work, Balancing Life, and Unlocking Organizational Potential.”
The program was designed for personnel of the Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) and aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge, understanding, and professional skills in workplace performance, communication, collaboration, and work-life balance. The training sought to improve organizational effectiveness and strengthen personnel capabilities in preparation for future challenges and changes.
Organized by Fast Global Co., Ltd., the event was held on June 11, 2026, at Best Western Chatuchak Hotel, Bangkok.
