Institute for Innovative Learning Promotes Mathematics Education and Digital Technology through Graduate-Level Teaching at Naresuan University, August 22, 2026

On August 22, 2026, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wararat Wongkiat, Chair of the Program, and Dr. Supawat Thipyarat, Lecturer at the Institute for Innovative Learning (IL), Mahidol University, were invited to serve as special lecturers for the course 398511: Mathematics Learning Based on Learning Sciences and Digital Technology (Group 1). The course is offered to master’s degree students in the Professional Track, Plan 2, Mathematics Education Program, at the Faculty of Education, Naresuan University.

The course aims to strengthen learners’ knowledge and skills in mathematics teaching and learning within contemporary educational contexts, with a particular emphasis on integrating learning sciences and digital technology into educational practice. The teaching session was held at the Faculty of Education, Naresuan University.

The academic engagement highlights the importance of integrating Learning Sciences, Mathematics Education, and Digital Technology to enhance the capacity of teachers and education professionals to design effective and appropriate learning experiences for learners in the digital era. It also encourages the application of knowledge in learning and innovation to improve the quality of education and respond to the changing needs of learners and society.

The participation of IL faculty members reflects the Institute’s important role in sharing knowledge and expertise in Learning Innovation, Educational Technology, and Learning Design with educational institutions and academic networks.
