Assistant Professor Dr. Piyachat Jittam, Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University, participated in the “Executive Leadership Development for Thai Higher Education” program, a leadership development initiative for Thai higher education executives. The program was jointly organized by Mahidol University, Slingshot Group, the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Kasetsart University, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, and Thammasat University.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Piyachat Jittam participated in the learning session titled “I.M.P.A.C.T. Leadership Model – Leading in a Dynamic Higher Education Ecosystem,” conducted by experts from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). The session focused on strengthening leadership capabilities for driving higher education institutions amid the rapidly changing global landscape, while emphasizing the creation of Direction, Alignment, and Commitment to achieve sustainable organizational transformation.
In addition, he joined the Strategic Foresight learning activity under the topic “Preparing for the Future,” which emphasized strategic future thinking, analysis of global transformation trends, and the design of higher education systems capable of effectively responding to the evolving needs of society and future learners.
The program was held on May 12, 2026.
